As a certified Personal Trainer with years of experience, I know that different strategies for different people are key factors to a successful fitness plan. We can have sessions in the BTL gym, a public gym of your choice, or I will come to your home, whichever you prefer. During our sessions, we’ll map your physical needs to come up with a program that works for you for the long term. Ask me about our membership plan.
